- 1 lb (450g) sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat and add the beef. Cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly tender.
- Stir in oyster sauce and honey, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Use thinly sliced beef for quick cooking and tender texture.
- Adjust the spice level with chili flakes if desired.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
