Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients ahead of time. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble. Prepare the cooked chicken, using leftovers or cooking quickly if needed.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over one side of a tortilla. Layer half of the chicken, bacon, and cheeses on one half of the tortilla. Fold in half to enclose the ingredients.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil. Carefully place the assembled quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute. Slice into wedges, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve hot with salsa or sour cream.
Notes
- To keep leftovers crisp, reheat quesadillas in a skillet or microwave until hot.
- Add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce for extra flavor.
- For quick prep, use pre-cooked chicken or store-bought cooked bacon.
