- 8 slices crispy bacon, chopped

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium dill pickle, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Add diced onion and garlic and sauté until translucent. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in chopped bacon and remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar, sour cream, and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Add chopped pickles and Dijon mustard for extra flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the meat mixture evenly in a baking dish, then top with cheese mixture. Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
