- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs

- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In a large skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
