- 8 small flour tortillas

- Salsa and sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook until browned.
- Remove excess fat and set aside.
- Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle with cheese, then add a layer of cooked beef.
- Top with more cheese, then cover with another tortilla.
- Cook each quesadilla on a skillet until golden brown and cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cut into wedges, garnish with cilantro, and serve with salsa and sour cream.

- You can substitute beef with chicken or make it vegetarian by using beans or plant-based meat.
