Ingredients
• 8 oz (225g) macaroni pasta
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
• 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken pieces with honey, black pepper, and paprika. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream. Add cheeses and stir until melted and smooth.
5. Return cooked chicken and drained pasta to the skillet. Mix thoroughly to coat everything in the cheese sauce.
6. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
• Use freshly ground black pepper for a better flavor.
• Adjust honey amount based on sweetness preference.
• Feel free to experiment with different cheeses like Parmesan or Monterey Jack.
• Ensure the chicken is fully cooked for safety.
• Drain pasta well to prevent watery sauce.
