- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (more chicken recipes)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken with garlic butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Lay a tortilla flat, spread garlic chicken mixture in the center, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat for each wrap.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center and roll tightly.
- Heat a little butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Alternatively, use an air fryer for crispy results.

- Use freshly minced garlic for maximum flavor.
- Ensure cheese is evenly distributed for gooey consistency.
- Seal wraps tightly to prevent filling from spilling during cooking.
