Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced jalapenos or a dollop of sour cream. This dish can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
