- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Wood or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken chunks in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken and bell peppers onto skewers alternately.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or marinades for variation.
