- 1 (16 oz) jar nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled ground beef or sausage
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- Chips for serving
Instructions
- Spread the nacho cheese sauce evenly in the bottom of a large serving bowl.
- Layer sour cream over the cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sour cream layer.
- Distribute cooked ground beef or sausage evenly over the cheese layer.
- Add sliced black olives over the meat layer.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and cilantro over the top.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding jalapeños or hot sauce.
- For a vegetarian version, replace meat with diced vegetables or beans.
