- 12 potstickers (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat and add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Gently add the potstickers to the broth and simmer for 10 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve hot, garnished with green onions and herbs.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil. Use store-bought or homemade potstickers. Can be made vegetarian by choosing vegetable-filled dumplings.
