- 12 small taco shells
- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly brush taco shells with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Divide seasoned chicken among the taco shells, filling each with a layer of chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of each taco.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until shells are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream, and any additional toppings you like.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
