Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic (and ginger if using), cook until fragrant about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lemon wedges.
