Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season beef chops with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chops on each side until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat to medium, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in brown sugar and soy sauce, simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for thicker or thinner chops.
- You can add a splash of vinegar for extra tang.
