Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add bell pepper, snap peas, and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return chicken to the pan, add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and toss everything well to combine and heat through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
