- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper, snap peas, and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return chicken to the pan, add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and toss everything well to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or broccoli for variation.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
- Best served immediately while hot.
