- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 sheet pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions. Set aside.
- Roll out pizza dough onto the prepared sheet pan, stretching gently to fit evenly.
- Spread seasoned beef evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses over the beef.
- Add sliced olives, chopped tomatoes, and red onions on top.
- Brush edges of dough with olive oil for a golden crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is crispy.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- The topping quantities can be adjusted to your preference. Add jalapenos for extra spice or sour cream for creaminess.
