- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef or chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanch the cabbage leaves for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Mix cooked rice, paprika, salt, and pepper into the cooked meat. Spoon the mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Place the wraps in a baking dish, pour tomato sauce over, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute ground beef with turkey or vegetarian options.
- For an extra flavor boost, add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce or hot sauce to the filling.
