- 1 cup tomato juice

- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 diced avocado
- Juice of 1 lime

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tomato juice, diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked shrimp to the mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve in glasses or bowls garnished with additional cilantro, lime wedges, and chili powder if desired.
Notes
For extra spice, add sliced jalapeños. Use fresh seafood for the best flavor. Serve immediately after chilling to maintain freshness.
