- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces into the slow cooker.
- Melt butter and add garlic, ginger, and spices. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add tomato sauce and stir to coat the chicken evenly.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

- Can substitute chicken thighs with breasts for a leaner option.
