- 1 package tortellini (about 20 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked tortellini to the sauce, toss gently to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.

- Use fresh herbs for a more vibrant flavor.
- For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and cheese with vegan cheese.
