Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly and cut into 4 squares.
- Divide pulled beef evenly among the pastry squares, placing it in the center of each.
- Fold the corners over the filling to create a pouch and seal edges gently.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the beef before filling the pastries.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
