Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Sprinkle spices (garam masala, paprika, turmeric) over chicken and stir well.
- Pour in tomato sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
