Instructions

- Pat chicken legs dry and brush with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken legs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
