  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until dough pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  4. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
  5. Pipe small bite-sized pieces onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  8. Remove churro bites from oven, immediately toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.
