Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Optional: Remove chicken and simmer sauce in a pot; add cornstarch to thicken if desired.
- Serve chicken with sauce, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions, alongside rice and vegetables.
