- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces cooked lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then transfer to the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add cooked lasagna noodles during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Stir in shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
