Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a plate.
- Whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a bowl to create the sauce.
- Arrange meatballs in the slow cooker, pour the sauce over them, and cover with lid.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. For thicker gravy, stir in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with water during the last 30 minutes.

- Use ground turkey for a healthier alternative while maintaining flavor.
- Stir in cornstarch at the end if you prefer a thicker gravy.
