Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken strips with cornstarch until coated evenly.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the sauce.
  4. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
  5. Serve in bowls garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
