Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken strips with cornstarch until coated evenly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the sauce.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve in bowls garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- For a healthier version, bake the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes instead of frying.
