- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch with salt and pepper. Coat chicken pieces evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce to make the spicy sauce.
- Assemble bowls: layer shredded lettuce, carrots, crispy chicken, and drizzle with spicy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

- For extra crunch, toss the cooked chicken in fried panko breadcrumbs before frying.
- Add chopped peanuts for added texture and flavor.
