- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Spread the spicy chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with dressing if desired.
