  • 2 cups orzo pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and garlic. Cook until peppers are tender.

  7. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
