- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté chicken until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and red bell pepper; cook until fragrant and softened.
- Pour in heavy cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Mix in cooked pasta, stir well, and cook for 2 minutes to marry flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can add a splash of hot sauce for extra heat.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
