- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Nori sheets, sliced into strips
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Arrange a ring mold or use your hands to form a base layer of rice on a serving plate.
- Place a shrimp on top of the rice, followed by a layer of rice again to build a stack.
- Repeat layers as desired, ending with shrimp on top.
- Drizzle spicy mayo over the stacks and garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and nori strips.
- Serve immediately for best freshness and flavor.
