- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in sour cream until well coated.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or herbs before serving.
Notes
- Best served hot with a side of fresh salad and crusty bread.
- You can substitute chicken with turkey or make it vegetarian with plant-based proteins.
