Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 6 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce over chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes until glazed and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
