Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, brush hot honey over the chicken and let it glaze.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
