Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Air fry or bake the chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, combine hot honey and honey, heat gently until warmed.
- Brush the cooked chicken with the honey glaze and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken slices over rice and garnish with green onions, chili flakes, and sesame seeds.
