Instructions

- Add milk mixture, melted butter, and egg; knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread cream cheese evenly over the surface.
- Spread currant jam over the cream cheese.
- Roll up tightly, then cut into slices.
- Arrange slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
