Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ground turkey, egg, almond flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form mixture into 12 uniform meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine honey and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove meatballs from oven and transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle honey garlic sauce over the meatballs and toss gently to coat.
