- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground turkey, egg, almond flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 12 uniform meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine honey and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from oven and transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle honey garlic sauce over the meatballs and toss gently to coat.

- Can be served with steamed vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
- For added flavor, sprinkle with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
