- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and hot sauce if using.
- Fold in cooked bacon bits, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with additional green onions or bacon before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

- For extra flavor, add diced jalapenos or a dash of cayenne pepper.
