- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or boiled chicken works well)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- Optional toppings: chopped jalapeños, diced tomatoes, cilantro
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in shredded chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through and flavorful.
- Remove from heat and add softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Lay out tortillas flat. Divide the cheesy chicken mixture among them, placing in the center. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Cook the wraps in a heated nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, or air fry at 375°F for 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or a drizzle of ranch dressing.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier variation.
- Wrap and freeze leftovers for quick future meals. Reheat in skillet or oven before serving.
