Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through and flavorful.
  3. Remove from heat and add softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  4. Lay out tortillas flat. Divide the cheesy chicken mixture among them, placing in the center. Add optional toppings if desired.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
  6. Cook the wraps in a heated nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, or air fry at 375°F for 3-4 minutes.
