Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- If your chicken isn’t pre-cooked, cook it thoroughly, then shred or dice. Toss pre-cooked chicken in the garlic butter until heated through.
- Spread a layer of sour cream or Greek yogurt on each tortilla. Distribute the garlic chicken mixture evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and add chopped vegetables if desired. Roll tightly.
