Instructions
- Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and seasoning. Pour over chicken, marinating for at least 30 minutes.
- Place marinated chicken into the crockpot and pour chicken broth over it. Cover with lid.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and infused with lemon-herb flavors.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken if desired. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon slices. Pair with herbs potatoes or fresh salad for a complete meal.
