Instructions

- Spread the avocado mash on four slices of bread or buns. Top each with a generous spoonful of the seasoned chicken mixture.

- Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown. For a crispy exterior, use a toaster oven or an air fryer for toasting and melting.
