Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place chicken on the sheet pan and brush with marinade. Arrange pineapple and vegetables around the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
