Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Layer cooked sausage, potatoes, and cheese in the prepared dish.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
