- 2 pounds cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Optional: sliced celery or carrots for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
- Toast the slider buns until lightly golden.
- Spread ranch or blue cheese dressing on the bottom bun.
- Layer shredded buffalo chicken on the dressing, then top with shredded lettuce.
- Cover with the top bun and serve with celery sticks on the side.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of garlic powder or pepper.
