- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 burger buns with sesame seeds
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ketchup and mustard for serving
Instructions
- Divide ground beef into four equal portions and form into balls.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Place beef balls on the hot surface and smash down with a spatula to create thin patties.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes until edges are crispy.
- Flip and add cheese slices on top, cook for another 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Toast buns lightly on the skillet.
- Assemble burgers: place lettuce on the bottom bun, add the patty, then top with bacon, tomato slices, pickles, onions, and the top bun.
- Serve immediately with ketchup and mustard.

- For extra crunch, add crispy fried onions or potato chips on top.
