Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, basting the steaks with garlic butter.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
