Instructions
- Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Place steaks in skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare, or until desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to low. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook, spooning garlic butter over the steaks for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and coated.

- For an extra flavor boost, add a sprig of rosemary or thyme while cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
